买的投资房冬天到了tenant说温度上不去
找了plumber看 plumber说oil改gas是个极大的错误什么coil不一样大他调节了阀门
什么的但别的nothing he can do.并且和tenant说想要房间暖起来把温度开到75 说
bill会很高
tenant现在跳脚要搬家。。。。
求imore大仙和其他大仙指个方向
换个高大上（贵）的plumber公司去看会有办法处理么总不能让再改回oil去吧
觉得好奇怪啊那么多油改气的总不能都不work吧

又和plumber谈了一下
说现在装的是一个100，000btus的steam boiler
要换成135，000 的steam boiler
是一个1600sqft的SFH
麻烦问下各位路过的大仙靠谱么？

为啥扯到锅炉上去了？难道那房子用的暖气片？

That plumber does not seem to be making any sense ... try call another
plumber?
Unless you converted heating from steam to hot water as well, there should
not be any change to boiler btu design ....

Unless he means your old oil boiler was of higher btu, and your new gas
boiler mistakenly had a lower btu?

谢谢 plumber确实是在瞎扯
我们找来另外一家说锅炉没问题过路btus也没问题是管道问题
现在还在继续查管道问题
第一个plumber实在是太坏了

用的暖气片子
是水暖

水暖的暖气片，如果控制热水的电磁阀出了问题导致热水送不过去，那么暖气片当然是
不会正常工作的。
另外，电磁阀是thermostat控制的，如果电磁阀没问题，那么thermostat可能出问题了。
