买个破房子推倒说不定还容易点

Depends on how you are going to use the stroller. If you go outdoor most of
the time, I would say jogging stroller is fine for daily use. I feel jogging
stroller is bigger and heavier than other strollers, so it's not quite
convenient when shop in a crowded mall, go up stairs, or put it into the car
trunk.

这个算本版月经问题了。
一般来说，建筑商的小区房子，是批发，会便宜。自己盖是订制，会更贵。
如果自己会盖房，可以使用自己的时间/劳动。当然（相对）便宜。

自己买地建房砸进去的是大量的时间，不懂行的话出问题的地方多的很，找个好点的
builder也不一定便宜到哪去

this works long before
only when server is not busy, it will work.
best way stil just use ipad/iphone app, disadvantage is for that each apple
id have to have credit card linked. you need to prepare those apple ids in
advance.
