刚卖了一套公寓，拿了几张大额支票写的名字是我和老婆两个人。老婆还要几个月才
回美国，而我们没有共同账户。
跑了几家银行都没法开joint account也没法存。
请问版上高人们，有什么好注意吗，还是只能等几个月了？
PS:卖房是开了power of attorney, 上海大使馆给公正寄回来的

you try try.
if amount is large, bank usually will not take the risk.
need the other non account holder physical show up with two government
issued id and signature match.

most us banks, 10k cash will require you fill out register form.
not sure about minimum amount for checks.
the key is non account holder.
if both person on the check is already account holder, then everything will
be much more simple.
