If it is new concrete, just directly put sealant on.

是的，是新concrete，但是之前已经弄脏了，车也停进来过了，秒变二手地面。。。

你可以拿凿子铲一下看看。很多污渍都是表面浅浅的一层，一刮就刮掉了。实在深了刮
不掉了，其实也就算了，反正车库地面以后总会有各种污渍的，几年后一定会有好多倍
的污渍的，其实不用太介意。

先做湿度测试再说吧，要不掉得斑斑驳驳还不如不刷。

脏了再用SEALANT就晚了，搞不好还弄的斑斑驳驳的
搬起石头砸自己的脚。
