座标北加, family room 本来是地毯现在想换木地板, 掀起地毯后有一层地板. 请了两
个师傅来看, 一个说直接把新的solid wood 钉在原本的地板上, 这样就不用glue了
另一位建议是把原本地板也拆了, 然后直接把新的glue在concrete slab 上, 说不这样
做的话很快就会有squeaking sound,因为原本的地毯下的木头已经很多年了(>10)
请问哪种方式会比较好呢？

solid wood floor should not be in direct contact with concrete because they
are sensitive to moisture and will buckle over time.

engineered plywood was developed to overcome the moisture issues on ground
level. it's far more stable in shape than wood planks.

P2P网上有本书, 自己看一下, 就明白了. glue是最差的办法.

水泥地铺上铺SOLID, 需要
1, 水泥地弄平,
2, 塑料布防潮
3, 交叉铺两层胶合板,钉在一起, 2X 5/8", 可以钉到水泥地里, 也可浮动
4, 地板钉到胶合板上, 地面升高 1.5-2". 门够高么?

感谢各路大神指点,
会用solid wood 是ＬＤ指定, 因为用engineer wood怕有甲醛的问题
在又问过两位师傅后, 决定把新的solid wood 钉在原本的plywood上
不过另一个房间则是glue在concrete上(本来就没有plywood), 因为要再加一层plywood
的话地面就会高起来(如 fastness 所提到), 跟屋裡其他地方就连不起来了
师父说只要adhesive 是买有moisture control的应该就没问题, 最后是选这个

Glue-down installation is no good, because it will be a pain in the *** if
you want to replace the floor later. Don't expect that you will keep the
floor intact forever. It could be outdated or even flooded in the future.

If you buy high-quality engineered wood floor made in the US or Canada,
formaldehyde should not be a big issue. Then you can float the floor on
concrete slab. Installation will be cheaper.
