请教各位一个问题。家里的暖气运行很短时间就停了，过一会儿又运行，就是这样循环
，温度还没有到设定的问题，昨天晚上我设定67度，然后早上7点自动设定成71度，可
是7点起床发现家里的温度只有61度，thermostat 上显示的是heat on，但是就是一会
运行一会停，到不了设定的温度。我家用的是lennox 的harmony iii 控制zone的，根
据上面的code，是DAS(discharge air sensor) open or shorted，我觉得是DAS在温度
高的时候断开了，furnance就停了，等温度降了下来，DAS又回复了正常。我现在的
furnance和DAS都是2012年安装的， DAS坏的可能性大吗，还是可能是其他的问题 ?多

Go to the zone control board , open the cover and find two switches, the one
controls heating mode, another for the cooling mode. Focusing on the
heating mode switch, the scale should not over 140F for a 90% high
efficiency furnace, you should check the user manual before adjusting the
switch, you can Increase to 120F /130F if the current setting at 110F, be
sure to double check the user manual. If the issue still exists, you need to
pull out of a sensor wire from a panel and keep others on, and nail down
which zone has the problem.

若电阻是"ol", 说明断了，不应该是这样，你要确保测的range是k-ohms。 若还是这个
问题，买个新的试试，这是最小的成本。检查更换新的air filter。
switch上面应该有个旋钮，或者是jumper,调整das的最高温度，140F应该是最高的温度
，不应该达到这个问题，应为das的位置在supply duct，而furnace limit switch 在
heat exchange附近，这个温度最高在140F,所以das的温度最高在130F左右，仔细看看
现在的设定在110F还是130F。
核实das后，才能做下面的工作，而这些涉及更多的东西，恐怕一时半会楼主不太清楚
，因为这涉及EMC MORTOR，two stage burner和这个smart zone panel，一般的技工可
能搞不定，若你还是不能搞定，需要找对的技工，最好是装这个系统的人。
问题，买个新的试试，这是最小的成本。检查更换新的air filter。

烦，他当时没看到控制板上面的code，他走以后，我自己看到控制板上面的code，发现

其实还有一个办法，就是turn off zone board, 保证所有damper打开,测试furnace的
high limit switch是否有相同问题。

How does the system work now? If you get a new sensor, you may do some tests
as below:
The first step: Replace a new sensor, make sure all dampers open at all
zones but must close the bypass damper, sit at the furnace and run the
system. If the system still has the same problem, go to the next step.
The Second step: disconnect the R terminal, the W terminal, the G terminal
from the furnace board to the zone panel, power off the zone panel. Use a
jumper wire between the R terminal and the W terminal at the furnace board,
power on the furnace. If the same issue will happen, you should check the
limit switch of the furnace, also check the error code. The most important
thing must be figured out what could cause the limit switch opened, you
should go to hire an experienced HVAC tech to do it. Or you can review
another post regarding THE LIMIT SWITCH TEST today.
Hopefully, you can solve the problem at the first step.
