新房子，不用builder的morgage就拿不到incentive, 大家看看找别的公司能比这个低

费用基本合理。有的费用是专门针对新房子的。

嗯。。。。其他的倒没有什么。Survey 和 Title policy能不能由对方出？南加州的
title insurance由卖方支付，呵呵。不同的地方有不同的regulation。
试试吧。

not sure which state you are living. It seems very high to me, specially the
first one: origination fee. I am living at VA and my closing cost is around
5K.

No, it's very high. Shop around and ask the bank to remove loan origination
and discount point.

你的4000多closing cost里有3000多是税，保险等必须交的。其余的杂费就1000多
看看你的利率了，如果利率4.875就很不错了

很低很低了。我是buyer,我付了origination fee, underwrting fee, appraisal fee
， processing fee， owner coverage. 请我你是如何让seller付这些费用，还是你那
就这规定？我也是第一次买房。看到你的closing cost,我很郁闷。
