发现两个问题：
1. A big crack in the basement concrete foundation wall (from top to down,
see picture). The crack is fixed with epoxy injection.
2. Water Penetration
Found efflorescence on the basement wall. 有水渗透过basement wall, 因为发现
墙上长了很多毛 (see picture).
请问这两个问题是大问题吗？

vertical crack MAY be fine. need an engineer to take a close look and tell
you.
water penetration is almost unavoidable for older houses.
