Inspector 给了个长list， 看了几遍也没抓住重点，请问这些问题是大问题吗，哪些
应该要求卖方修整好，这房子还能买吗。。。。看了很久的房子 第一次做home
inspection...如果自己搞定这些问题是不是要很多银子啊。。。
1. All downspouts should have extensions of at least 5 feet with solid
plastic pipe and positive flow away. Proper extensions will also minimize
water penetration into the crawl space area.
2. There is peeling paint on the skirt trim between the brick and vinyl
siding. The rake boards touch the roofing. The wood was splintered when they
put the new roof on and there is exposed
