我在从h1b转h4，填写539表格，问题提示挺general的，举个例子，比如：
Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other person
included in this application?
我给我自己一个人在填写这个539，我老婆的140被批准了，当然她会保持h1b，我才能
h4，我没有递交
过140/485，请问这个“any other person included in this application”是不是不
包括
我老婆，也就是我选择 no，对吧？
