10am-12pm: SONGWRITER’S BOOT CAMP
ALL SKILL LEVELS WELCOME—HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
• Chorus Core Workout: Learn to compose earth-shakingly memorable
choruses in fifteen minutes or less.
• Verse and Bridge Sculpting: Explore the ridiculously simple
framework of composing vibrant and collaborative verses effortlessly that
engage and heighten a song’s emotional arc.
• Music and Lyric Cross Training: Amplify your song by quickly
identifying and exploiting unique nuances within your lyric, melody and
chord alliance.
Noon-1:30pm: BREAK FOR LUNCH (Not included)
2pm-5pm: CUSTOM SHOP
• Utilize the expertise of Shane to overhaul, augment and
gorgeously embellish your melody, chords, lyrics and performance. This
session can accommodate only TEN SONGS, but everybody is welcome to register
for CUSTOM SHOP to hear Shane’s constructive, inspiring feedback.
