Total citation numbers in ISI ~90
Total citing paper in ISI is ~75
The independent citing papers in ISI is ~65.
Total independent citing papers (adding results from Google
and Souples) is ~75.
大家看看那一个方法好:
1. only show ISI web page with total 86 citations, without citing paper list.
2. show the ISI list of ~75 citations ( didn't specify independent or not. )
3. make a list of my own, shows ~ 75 independent citations.
最后打印出的文章肯定是70左右,所以我倾向1, 想蒙混过关. 也就是ISI 网页显示的
citaion总数, 跟着70篇文章得了 (我不相信IO还会真的数以

上着班就发现外边的天色渐渐的暗了起来，可是我的心里这时可是七上八下的，我的答
案就是我自己早晨出门的时候没有给自己准备一把伞，我只好期盼着雨水不要降临，随
着时间的流逝天气就像是孩子的脸一样突然间就开始刮起了风，电闪雷鸣，对于一个我
这样的没伞人群可以说是大难临头了。最可气的就是现在已经到了下班的时间，而且大
厦里并没有带伞的，心想着这次恐怕是完蛋了。我在大厦的里面避雨，但是大厦的保安
催我出去说是要关闭了，真是没有人情味。突然间我的头顶上出现了一把伞，我正在思
考这是怎么回事的时候，发现一个比我高些的男士出现在了我的面前，为我撑着一把伞
，瞬间我就感到了一种奇妙的温暖，他说他的住处就在附近可以开车把我送回家里，我
的心里别提多高兴了，到家里的时候我们还互相留了对方的号码，准确的说我要把伞还
给他。在以后我们两个经常性的联系，我发现我自己的一些小爱好他也喜欢，我们越聊
越投得来。我很感谢上天的这场雨，让我遇见了属于自己的爱情！

your citation is not bad at all, much better than mine. mine was approved in
three days without RFE.

not good. IO仅仅算indenpendent，别以为人家不看这个，有些重要的东西他们看得很
仔细，比如petition letter，各种证据，以及您的citation。律师反复强调的事情就
是一定要把independent citation列出来，如果低可以掺进少数一些不很招眼的
selfcitation，滥竽充数。但是要是满篇selfcitation就会给人家留下不好印象。但是
citation排名时候，可以算总数，因为列出100多篇杂志没人会算各自的independ
citation。不知道理解对不。

lz的self citation不算多，我认为可以只写total，显得更强大！即使数了，也没有本
质区别。如果太多，则另论。

My attorney told me I need to provide citing paper list, the name, authors,
and journals...
If you don't provide citing paper list, how would you show which citation is
independent and which is dependent ? I know Scopus can calculate
independent citation summary. But I think if you count it by yourself, your
independent citation number goes much higher.

This is what I intended to do.. Looks a list is needed in any way.
