在网上联系了一装空调的师傅,问清了有license后,开始帮我装冷暖空调.第一天,要
license号,让签合同,对方都不愿意.但交流起来,觉得也挺面善.师傅要$3000 买机器,
就给了他支票. 拿到支票后,三天没工作,说要等支票兑现.兑了钱,开始干,三天打一小
会鱼,再晒整两天网. 一个中央空调装了一个月还没完（因为经常不来）。每次干一些
，就要一些钱。最后剩了一部份活，也还差$500。我再次要求看license和所有的
paperwork，未果。原因是购买机器的收据上有太多他个人信息，不方便给。我只好要
察看驾照。在准备抄驾照信息时，遗失了驾照。The Contractor叫了police。police当
然不会管这种business dispute。可现在不知道该怎样收这个烂摊子，找新的
contractor，不知道会不会有人接。又不愿跟以前的contractor联系，因怀疑他没执
照。大家有没有好的建议？多谢！！

谈了两次恋爱以后，我真的是怕了。。我至今都想不明白为什么我总是会被刚刚认
识的男孩子表白，我看了下镜子，我长得也不属于那种很漂亮的女生啊。。。我前两次
的时候也是这样就稀里糊涂的跟他们谈了，情节都一样。。认识不到两天就各种追求我
，我当时想反正也有好感，就答应了。。但是随着我们后面在一起的时间长了，就发现
根本不行。因为我们根本就不了解对方，所以很多事情都会发生争吵，一吵架就心情超
级坏。。谈了两次以后，我就开始害怕跟男生拍拖了。。前两天的一个饭局上，大家就
很开心的聊天吃饭，饭一吃完，就看到有个人加我。。是饭桌上的一个朋友。。我当时
想到会不会是……但是又怕自己自作多情，然后就同意了。。一聊天发现还挺投机的，
我就想可以当哥们儿啊，没想到一个周刚过，他就跟我表白了。。我真是蒙了。。拒绝
吧，怕连朋友都做不了，答应吧，我并没那么喜欢他。现在又开始进退两难了。。哎，
真的是够了！！！搞得我现在都有些害怕跟男生说话了！！！

我也为这事发愁呢！contractor总是糊弄，作的东西达不到要求，还总弄坏东西。不知
道中途终止合同有没有麻烦？再找人接手是否容易啊？

May I ask where you can find out the criteria of reviewer selection as well
as the number of reviewer for each different journal?

In some journals you may find such information in the scope of the journal
or reviewer information. Many journals do not have this information, or
even though they have, it is not good enough to be claimed as real criteria.
What I did is addressing such points like "only internationally recognized
experts in the field are invited to serve as reviewers" in the draft letter
that's to be sent to editors. I drafted 10 such letters with substantial
variations in contents to 10 journals. 3 letters
