My daughter has a new doctor this year and we asked the doctor to give us
the state required vaccine form required by school from this year. The
doctor got my daughter's shot record from her previous doctor and said my
daughter still need one shot. Sorry. I always can not remember the names of
shots.
This recalled me one thing from 2 years ago when my daughter was seeing her
previous doctor. That time, the nurse gave my daughter a few shots and
included that on her shots card. But I forgot to ask the blue form required
by state from her before I left the clinic. So I came back to the clinic in
30 minutes and that nurse had left already. So amnother nurse helped me and
told me the original nurse made mistakes filling my daughter's card so she
redid it for us and told me my daughter will not need anything until 18 yrs
old. We didn't go to see this doctor for almost 2 years after that since my
daughter has been health.
So now I don't believe what that nurse said is correct or not.and am afraid
that they may had messed up my daughter's shot record to reflect the fact.
So is this a big problem? Do we need to do tests to find out what shots my
daughter actually had already?

Now: 5% for 30 year fixed, with 226K in debt.
Today's quote per wells fargo is 4.25% for 15 year fixed, $2700 closing cost, no point, no
other fees.
Monthly payment is going to be $500 more, but more payment will go to principal. I wonder if today's quote is worthy a refi?
I hate the 2700 closing cost, but there is no way i can get it waived.

一切的小女生，虽然虐心也未尝不是一种幸福，尽管很多时候都是我在单相思。
那次你生气的对我说，“看什么啊”。其实那次同事约我那个时间去吃饭，我去找他，
刚好遇到你进来。我后面也没有长眼睛，无法知道你刚好那时候走过来。真的是巧合
，尽管我很愿意有这样的巧合。那次之后，我都是看你走远或者坐好，再离开或者回到
座位，我不想你不开心。你离开那天，没有心情工作，所以请假去看你，想去和你道
别。我知道你会把我赶出来，还是鼓足勇气去见你，因为不知道下一次能见到你是什么

回首这一年，我做错好多，至少很多我可以做得更好。现在想想我最错的莫过于6月1日
给你的那封信。没有那封信，我还可以厚着脸皮和你做普通朋友。在节日可以问候你
，也会有机会为你做点什么。爱情是两情相悦，不是一厢情愿。如果心爱的女孩不喜欢
自己，得不到她的心，但还有机会为她做点什么就已经是最大的幸福了。每一只蛤蟆
都想吃天鹅肉，可聪明的蛤蟆也就自己咽咽口水，不会说出来，这样还可以保有自己看
见天鹅咽口水的机会，可惜我不是一只聪明的蛤蟆。其次错的是6月11日的中午，我没
有约你出去也没有和你说话，我反应太迟钝了，没意识到你可能是来找我的。总是觉得
那天我们可以畅谈一次，也许你还会把我当做朋友，当然这是我觉得。
论坛上说，就算是50岁遇到真爱，还可以在一起30年。可什么是真爱啊？我不知道也没
理解到那个深度，我只知道看见小丫头我就心情莫名的好，如果她有微笑，我会更开心
。每一分钟都想如何可以对她好，为她做些什么。想象中最幸福的事，就是和小丫
头厮守在一起，一直都陪伴她，宠她哄她开心。为了她自己可以更上进，更努力。对了
， 5月份计划和我心爱的姑娘私奔的两个条件，一个已经实现了，另一个却不知道什么
时候实现，当然如你所说“do your best”，我会尽自己最大的努力。期待有一天，
我们也可以像电影《in your eyes》的男女一样有未来。希望一只不聪明的蛤蟆也可
以有第二次机会。
语无伦次，不知所云，自己都不知道自己在说什么，只是真的很想念你。

Actually I was feeling something wrong when that nurse was correcting the
shot record 2 years ago. I am afraid the first nurse made the mistake and
the 2nd nurse reworte the shot record without knowing whole things. I didn't
ask because I always can not understand these shots' name.
