我是09年三月file EB1A （I-140和I-485一同file），七月收到RFE， 九月寄出RFE的
材料， 一个月后被deniled， 律师建议appeal， 那就appeal吧，反正大钱都花了，就
再花上最后$585吧, 成不成一切拉倒! appeal letter上交上后就一切石沉大海了，直
到今年二月份才被通知他们收到了材料（可是支票在file后的一个周就被支走了！！！
），然后就没了任何消息。
可是，可是，直到六月一号，突然被网上email update 说是我同时file的那个I-485被
“This case has been sent to our local office for processing”，（现在的
online status是Initial Review），一头雾水啊？！ 再一查140的状态为“Post-
Decision Activity”，但自始至终我没收到任何通知也不知道“decision”是什么结
果，是approved了还是deniled了，问律师也说他们什么都不知道，让我再等等看有没
有关于这个ca

我知道这是个驳论，但是我确实觉得恋爱这件事还真的是要对方先喜欢你，至少你们俩
要互相喜欢才会有结果。
我前段时间不是开始谈恋爱了吗？其实自己的事情也多，他的也是，我们现在出门的时
间很少，大多都是靠着视频电话或者消息，脸书和ins互动的。但是因为彼此喜欢对方
就不觉得有不安全的感觉。
有人跟我抱怨自己的男友就算是同城也不会来见她或者什么的，我说，那你喜欢他吗？
她回答我说这不是废话吗？那我回答，那既然你喜欢你为何不去找他。
其实我觉得恋爱这件事没什么所谓的你要多付出我要少付出的这种情况。大多都是一样
的情况。喜欢只要是互相的，没有所谓的完全主动和完全被动这件事。只要是你真的要
和他在一起，你们之间的互动就会是正常的你来我往了。谈不上在恋爱这件事上较劲非
要说个你前我后。
不过我这也是有感而发。毕竟周围不光是一个朋友在跟我抱怨，我不能算是什么经验很
足的类型。我只能说恋爱这东西。真的是心理有他，他心理有你，自然万事俱备。如果
你们一开始就是要争口气的。那就没必要在一起了。
要互相喜欢才会有结果。

比如：

不是说得很清楚吗？local office处理你的case.等着interview

1）I-140:说明你的case file了APPEAL(上诉），打电话给移民局：18003755283（按1，
then按2，then按3），问问他们你的case status
2）I-485:说明你的case转到local移民局，你有可能会收到面试的notice，还是打电话给移民局问清楚。如果有interview notice 的话律师那边和你都会收到。
建议你先打电话给移民局，如果没有进展的话就做个info pass, http://infopass.uscis.gov/ 到你们当地的移民局问问。
then按2，then按3），问问他们你的case status
2）I-485:说明你的case转到local移民局，你有可能会收到面试的notice，还是打电话给移民局问清楚。如果有interview notice 的话律师那边和你都会收到。
建议你先打电话给移民局，如果没有进展的话就做个info pass, http://infopass.uscis.gov/ 到你们当地的移民局问问。

最好的办法，直接给移民局电话啊。
都可以找到活人讲的。
普通活人会给你转接到高级活人那里。
