最近老妈发现自己体重下降，从一般情况下的100零几斤（1米6左右）降到了95-6斤；
去医院检查的结果有：
白细胞减少，正常4-10，她去年3.7，现在3.12.
胆固醇高。
求问这种可能是什么情况呢？是健康的状态么，需要注意什么？
老妈今年50岁，已停经（1年前？）。

我们小区房子和房子之间隔很近~我们家的一面墙就是邻居家后院的一边~以前没发现，
这几天路过发现邻居在我们家那面墙种了一个爬墙的植物~眼瞅着都快爬到屋顶了~想知

《亮剑》中李云龙曾经这样教导过自己手下的士兵，战场上就算是想要拉屎，也只能拉
在裤裆里，绝对不能临阵脱逃，话糙理不糙，的确如此，军队之所以能够成为军队，最
重要的就在于那军令大如山的纪律。
不过如果在古代战场上，士兵想上厕所了应该怎么办呢？毕竟这样的生理需求个人很难
决定，实际上军队在打仗之前，确定好营地位置之后，往往都会第一时间先盖厕所。
不管是厕所的选址还是专门人员的打扫，这都是很有讲究的，毕竟几十万军队要想得到
完善的解决，难度还是不小的，稍微一出错，很有可能就会引发瘟疫这样的灾难。
另外在上战场之前，军队都会规定士兵有序的上厕所，目的就是为了避免在战场上出现
尿急、拉肚子这样的情况。
因此可以看出士兵在战场上临时想上厕所的几率还是很小的，即使出现了，也绝对不能
丢下仗不打，去解决个人问题！

Well, not 能曲能伸. Science is science. If I was wrong, accept it and
correct it. I believe the theory because it has experimental support, not
because "doctors told us...". If A++ showed me the paper rather than a
dialog without reference, I would believe him earlier. Anyway, he is right :)

屋顶不确定，建议你发信问hoa，估计他们也不允许种这个
这种爬墙植物是靠小触角申到墙面的小缝隙里，抓紧往上爬的，所以对墙面会有损坏，
拔了之后也会留下痕迹

I wonder how he did the study in vitro. But if his study has not been
published and accepted, I still could be wrong, right?
The point is not whether I am right or wrong. All I know is that digestion
is a complicated process which started as early as seeing the food, smelling
the food and chewing the food! For example, at lunch time, when you get
close to 食堂， you start to feel more hungary when you smells the food, or
seeing someone holding the food coming out. At that moment, your GI system
starts to prepare for the incoming food.
My real point is: No cheat. Do not cheat on your body by drinking fake
beverage, cheat on your significant others, your friend, etc. Or you get the
punishment.
This is why I hate the 马甲 so much. lol.

Well, you can assume or imagine how GI works, but idea is idea; evidence is
evidence; fact is fact. Those guys treated pancreatic beta cells with three
common commercial sweeteners and dectected higher insulin secretion in the
media. The data sounded acceptable to me, and he explained the discovery of
sweet taste receptor which I had never heard of, but was interesting.
I was just wondering why there were no in vivo data since the experiment
should not be difficult to carry out. Then I realize it wouldn't get funded
easily, and probably no one would like to face the result, either :)

If he can prove that the sweet receptors found in taste buds also exist in
beta cells, his in vitro study will be publishable. It is easy by doing a
receptor binding study. He also can clone the sweet receptors in beta cells.
Industry will love to see the result. This could lead to a potential drug
development for Diabetes treatment: a multimillion dollar plan.
No worry for in vivo study by then.
Nobel would love to see his award goes to the study which lead to a
revolutionary treatment for Diabetes.

It is hard to measure insulin level induced by sweetener in vivo since the
insulin secretion is dominated by GLUT mediated response to glucose.
You may have to use knockout mice.
