我目前的身份是H1b+485 pending，有EAD卡，但没有用过。
有个公司找我做咨询，但我不知道H1b身份能是否能在校外兼职。
以前只是给NSF做panelist的时候接到过劳务费之类的东西，当
时也没想到过h1b的问题，保税的时候也没有问题。但工业界从
来没有染指过，不知道做了会不会有法律方面的麻烦。网上查了
查，没有找到答案。
有经验的能不能给讲一下？

The appointee will oversee the day-to-day operations of an R&D project,
involving researchers from HKUST and MIT as well as industry partners, on
developing a next-generation personalized e-learning platform. Main duties
include acting as the software architect for the platform; supervising
project team members in developing different subsystems; managing the
project according to the approved schedule; coordinating with MIT
collaborators to ensure smooth integration of different software components
and traveling to MIT for project meetings; and interacting with industry
partners to collect user requirements, conduct pilot testing, and facilitate
technology transfer.
Applicants should have at least a master’s degree in computer science or
related disciplines with at least 5 years of industrial experience,
preferably in a R&D environment, which includes project management
experience for at least 2 years. Familiarity with industrial-strength
software development; strong interpersonal and communication skills and a
good command of written and spoken English are required. Prior experience
in patent application is an advantage.
We provide an excellent working environment which allows researchers from
HKUST and MIT to interact with industry partners for technology transfer and
commercialization. (Duration: 1 year, renewable)

我在3/25 递交入籍的N-400，4/25将按指印. 我将在5月初回国一个月（探亲）.六月初

这个世界真是无奇不有，有个年轻的妹纸，在裸睡时候被强奸，结果以为做梦，面对男
子的侵害，不但没有反抗，还很配合。
这个妹纸在出租屋里面睡觉，竟然没有关门，而且还是裸睡，所以有个男的看到后，就
起了色心，在门口就妒喊妹纸，说怎么不关门呀，妹纸没有反应，男的就走进进去，去
拍女孩子的背部，结果妹纸还是没有反应，这家伙看到没控制没反应，就对这个妹纸进
行强奸，结果妹纸还在继续睡觉。
等这个男的走了后。没想到，又有一个男的看到这个妹纸睡觉没关门，而且是裸睡，于
是又进去想对妹纸进行强奸，结果这次妹纸醒了过来，发现自己遭遇强奸，于是进行了
报警。
这两个强奸犯嫌疑人蒲某和邹某因涉嫌强奸罪，被江苏省常州市武进区检察院依法批捕。
感觉这个事情神奇性太强了人。
