妈妈的肘关节已经不能伸直了，弯曲的幅度有限，略有一点肿，夜间疼痛。医生初步断
定是类风湿初期。请问这种病症应该采取什么样的治疗方法？能完全恢复吗？看到妈妈
难受的样子很心痛。tears...

there is no cure for rheumatoid arthritis, but start therapy early could
help induce remission, can conside DMARDs or NSAIDS and maybe local or low
dose systemic steroid, and get started on physical and occupational therapy
early,

if 类风湿, it is hard to 治好, but earlier is better.
the only way is try chinese medicine. Western medicine will stop pain (only
stop pain) but your 类风湿 is still going on and it will give you some side
effects such as hurt to liver and kidney. of course, the doctor will watch
your liver and kidney.
Yes, 类风湿 is 痹.
