前者是两种成分，后者是一种成分；

Glucosamine and chondroitin is a combination product, containing 2
ingredients.
Glucosamine sulfate is just a single ingredient.
I can't recall exactly which study compared the single product to the combo
product, but supposedly the single product works just as well as the combo
product.
