好几年没回了想问问回国我自用一个ipad和笔记本再带一台ipad和笔记本包装拆开送
人会被上税吗？如果会的话查到的几率大不大呢
另外boa的debit card还能在建行取钱吗？听说boa和建行终止合作了？如果这样是不是
除了上飞机前去银行换人民币就没办法啦？

我用的turbotax，上面似乎可以，把家里面积一部分算成home office，然后home的各种
花销：mortgage, property tax, utility, repair and maintenance的一部分抵税

boa 现在收费了。 11月初开始的。
我 11月初去中国，前几天的没收费，后几天的就有收费了。

有天看到一袋1940左右的加拿大邮票，A4纸那个大的袋子，3块钱还是5块钱，不记得了。

no. you can claim "un-reimbursed job expense" subj to 2% AGI limit. no
home office or related expense.
if you have separate business, then claim home office on Sch C

不能，home office是要你的employer要求你在家工作，你如果只是work from home，
that's a priviledge not an obligation

Sure you can.
Form 8829 attachs and flows to Sch A Misc. deduction. subject to 2% AGI
floor.
Catch, the space at home has to be used EXCLUSIVELY for business. living
room, bedroom,play room, or kitchen counter, does not count.
IRS agents do go to the house and check in the event of audit.

我用w2 claim home office, turbotax shows 两千多deduction for this item,可是
总tax一点也没变少，为什么？
这个Deduction是超过了2% agi的
是不是用1099 claim home office 一般会好不少, thanks a lot
