上海那段，上海人也没多少用mac，白天喝咖啡晚上泡酒吧吧。大多数上海人不过是生
在上海的普通人罢了。只要你生在哪里是客观的。你自己觉得自己是哪里人就是主观的
了吧。别太在那些人的看法为好。北方人能学会上海话的很少，能说上海话的基本就融
入了。现在的新上海人很少会说上海话。其实方言是拉近距离的方法，最快的那种，让
当地人有一种天然的亲近感，无论北京，上海还是杭州，或者其他地方都一样。
对比一下杭州。。杭州的基建真的不咋地道路配套设施什么的的也不行。你见到太多
低调的拆迁户了。你以为还是以前吗，本地人还只是简单的本地人吗。那么多外地人进
来送钱拉高房价，本地人可开心了。相对别的专业的收入，我们计算机还算是高的，但
就是计算机这个码农行业，我也感觉买不起杭州的房子，一个很难给年轻人立锥之地的
城市，大家也是只是把她当成一站，赚点钱就走了。我居住过几个城市，在很多城市飘
过，对于排外的认识是：你的观念、能力和行为决定你是否被排外。
如今每个城市都尊重有素质有能力的人。

请问，如果父母连续几年每年都住上183天，为父母申请ITIN 是要每年申请一个号码，
还是就第一年申请完之后，每年都可用那个号码？

according to a post on immhelp "You have 6 months time to file 140 after the
PERM is Certified. If 140 is not filed within that time, the PERM will
expire and the status becomes Certified- expired."
doest that mean those certified expired cases are not active or at least a big portion of them? many of those cases are in 2009 when most layoffs happened. also certified expired vs certifed ratio is the highest in 2009.

Every single case of EB2 PERM sponsored 2008-2010 by the university i work
with is certified-expired. But i know none of those applicant has withdrawn
their i-140.

不一定,google一下就知道了.
可能移民局有时候不更新数据库,比如有些140,485批了好久网上状态还是initial
review.

CERTIFIED-EXPIRED
1. 140 is not filed in 6 months after PERM.
OR
2. 140 is filed in 6 months, but 140 is not approved in 6 months, it is
approved after 6 months, the status is also CERTIFIED-EXPIRED
Generally, the total number of PERM is larger than the number of CERTIFIED
But a little smaller than the sum of CERTIFIED and
CERTIFIED-EXPIRED
