没问题，我下过几个都还好，我用的是charter，但还不敢放肆，其实就看hdchina的注
册用户是些什么人了，要是混进来探子，那大家伙就玩了，不过我觉得hdchina还没那
么大的影响

我也曾经被charter警告过两次，两次都是下载带有英文标题的电影

我的理解是，首先那个电影音乐组织的探子要查到某ip有下载，然后要求cable公司提
供这个ip的流量数据，这样就把这个ip给供出来了。所以，如果没有被探子查到，
cable公司不会主动提供数据让人分析的，这样的话，pt还是比较安全的。有不同意见
，欢迎讨论。

private tracker，只有会员才能看到种子，才能下载，我觉得isp是无法确认你在违法
下电影，因为isp不能通过种子的信息来确定你在下什么电影，除非isp也有间谍会员。

你这是说owner的权力。文中哪里提到剥夺非owner的权力吧？
举个简单的例子。我如果问你非owner在netflix上下载电影， 是否违法？ 你肯定说当
然不违法。因为netflix已经付了版权费了。他就可以合法的让大家下载。
那么我再问你如果在一个叫“Metflix”的网站下载电影呢？ 他的网站声称有版权。
所以是否违法， 针对的是提供数据源的。作为最终用户， 我们只要是只下载，断没有
违法的问题。

没有说用的人违法了吧？
现在下载电影的问题是，下载方也是源。 我们要解决的是这个问题。就是一定要保证
在下载得时候关掉上载。
如果做不到， 也至少要保证50：1的速度关系。
说白了， ISP查的是大流量的上载， 而不是下载。
现在stream的电影那么多，谁能管你大流量的下载？

ISP根本就不知道哪些东西或行为是侵犯版权的。
查到了之后通知ISP和司法机关ip。
