看了泰国电影《天才枪手》后，突然想和大家聊聊从前考试作弊的事儿。
当然像我这样的乖乖女，在老师的谆谆教导下，从来也没有过作弊的念头。一直都是埋
头苦学的那种学生。真的，尽管周围的同学都在抄纸条，还有人花钱买答案打印成小册
子，可我依旧相信自己的实力。
可是就是我这种在别人眼里老实巴交的好学生，在关键时刻也是实用性占上风的。比如
我参加导游证考试的时候。本来凭我的记忆力，像这种基本纯死记硬背的考试是难不住
我的。耐何眼看要考试了，我居然病了半个月。原来的计划全泡汤了。怎么办？已经花
了一千多的考试报名费总不能打水漂吧。我也胆子大，别人只是准备小纸条，我连书也
带进去了。也是我运气好，在的那个考场，监得特别松，我花花翻书也没事。周围的人
更加猖獗。大概是我翻书动作太大，监考老师把我的书给没收了。但一点也没影响我的
考试成绩，顺利通过。
后来也想明白了，在一些关键性的考试上，能作弊就作弊吧。有时作弊也很关键，往往
只是差那么一二分，自己的命运就会发生翻天覆地的改变，所以在能作弊的时候不作弊
，就是傻。
我邻居家儿子，平时学习很差，但人家就硬是凭着高考作弊考了个不错的二本大学。你
说如果换了是你，作不作弊？
虽然作弊并不是好事，也不值得提倡，但这主要还是看上面的管制。在能作弊的考场里
，都是有黑暗内幕的，否则怎么可能有机会作弊而不被发现？所以，在这些关键性的考
试里，如果能作弊，我还是会作弊的。否则太傻了。

这个reward checking promo还是不错的，我最近刚开了一个。
它的好处是:
1.全国都能开，且利息高4.09%。目前全国都能开的reward checking里面数这家最高了。
2.它加入了全国性的credit union network，只要在此network里的credit union你都
可以用，可以去存支票，取现。见http://www.cuswirl.com/
3.开户可用信用卡做initial fund，up to 1000,如果你用2%信用卡，立即拿回$20,足
以cover $5一次性开户费
4.年底前被人refer就可以拿$50开户bonus，reward checking有开户bonus的还是第一
次看到。
5.所有ATM都可取现且免费
6.存款享受联邦保险up to 25万
虽然4.09%额度10000稍低，一年利息能有$409也不差了。

关键是要找一个没有payment次数limit或limit较高的account，比如我的comcast就比
较好。向AT&T和ebay之类一天只有3次的不适合搞KTC。

Rewards Checking减成本的方法主要是两个：1.降息，2.从全国性改成地域性。我以前
搞的一个Southern Missouri Bank，它全国性的时候申的，后来改成地域性后，非地域
内的老客户它不要求关掉，所以我一直他家的5% APY keep到现在.
现在这家也不排除将来会改成地域性，趁现在机会抓住一个是一个。

注意，他家开的时候必须要同时开saving，而且要加入这个Union，有5块钱的加入费。
可以用信用卡做initial deposit up to 1000但不知道算不算purchuse。加入后5天才
能注册online bank。感觉他家网络这一块做的很一般。

太不幸了，Citi是比较变态。
建议双管齐下，一方面找citi要求waive，强调你问过银行，被告知算purchase才用的
，小二不肯找manager。一般会给waive掉。
另一方面找CCU，看看能不能取消这笔信用卡交易，然后你另外用checking做initial
deposit。一般商家可以取消信用卡交易，然后应该citi自动refund手续费。

citi早就是所有financial instituion的charge 一律算cash advance,不管对方是不是
treat成purchase.

CCU的checking account number有点搞，从网上银行进去看到的checking帐号是9位数
加-01，然后我从HSBC里面要link它的时候，用这个帐号试了两次都不行，打电话去问
说如果要建立DD，要用一个13位的帐号，上面9位数帐号前加一个数，后面加3个数，然
后不要-01.
奇怪的是，我家另一个CCU checking几周前用那个9位加-01的帐号在HSBC link成功并
成功DD了一笔。难道是最近刚改的规则？

purchuse，但不要用citi的，他家现在所有机构的都算cash advance.要拿到refer
bonus要连续两个月满足他们checking 的条件才行。另外，refer的时候被refer的不需
要填写refer code。由refer的人fax/mail refer form到bank就可以，如果不放心可以
过几天打电话confirm。refer可以在account开了以后再加也不迟。

Where do you see it is FDIC insured? Its website does not say so, and it
can not be found on FDIC's database either.

哥版找了个人refer，然后被我refer又是11月开的估计就是楼主canhelp2007了，楼主

天发的email，不知道这个月是否变了。
上个月4日收到email，这个月变成17日（网上显示是16日post），再等等，有可能12月

到refer bonus要连续两个月满足他们checking 的条件才行。另外，refer的时候被
refer的不需要填写refer code。由refer的人fax/mail refer form到bank就可以，如
果不放心可以过几天打电话confirm。refer可以在account开了以后再加也不迟。
