大家都希望没有月费，可以免费bill pay，minimum balance要求低，利息损失小。
根据以上基本要求，可以考虑下列银行/brokerage：

can work with Presidential Savings (currently 4.9% APY).
2. Wamu Free Checking, 0% APY, $0 min, free outgoing wire transfer,
can work with Wamu Online Savings (currently 5.0% APY).
3. UFB Basic checking, 0% APY, $0 min, ATM fee reimbursement,
free stop payment,
can be overdrafted by Absolute Savings (currently 5.31% APY) for free.
