the answer is no, ur house is ur house. those creditor loan unsecure debt to u
have nothing to do with it. that is why C and JPM loss money when they issued
unsecure loan to ENE.
home loan, student loan, auto loan and goverment debt, say, u own irs money,
will not be moved by Ch7.

u did not get the point, the key is in a worst financial situation, u cannot
get rid of ur home equalty loan but u can clear ur credit card and other
unsecure loan. in both cases, ur credit history is ruined. no exemption.
in any case, ur credit history will last up to 10 yrs. so ppl file Ch7 have
two choices, one is get a cash secure credit card to rebuild credit, another
is wait 10 yrs b4 doing anything. that is the trade-off :)
