according to last friday's WSJ, some one did in this way. applied a debit card
with milage reward program. buy money order in post office or grocery store.
Use the money order to pay mortgage. hehe... but some banks will not allow you
to do in that way. such as Bank of america

好像Chase/Continental Airlines OnePass的Bank Card是可以的。电视上看得广告。
I think it may be the only one. 好像也要年费的。

there're a few online banks issuing such bank cards to earn points when
you use their debt card. but pls notice: 1.mortage banks don't allow
credit payments.2.usually using checks and money order cannot earn points.
why u can get points from ATM transaction? Banks charge a certain ratio tx
fee from retailor. that's the incentive of bank cards with reward.
why u cannot get points from check tx? your bank wants u to keep ur $$$
as long as possible to get more interest. check tx is an industrial st
