Actually not that bad after I studied the new terms.
After August 1st, it changes to the following:
If 5%*(gas purchase)< 2%*(total purchases), then rebate=5% gas purchase;
else rebate=2%*(total purchases);
So if we plan the purchases wisely, we can make it a 2% rebate on every purc
hase card effectively.
