pcbanker.com do not allow credit card (but visa check card). americabank? do
you mean bank of america? I actually did use credit card to open account with
BOA but they do have a limit on the amount (about $1500 for checking and $300
for saving).

I would like to add something to this deal.
I verified with FIB this morning. They said the initial deposite made by visa
will be no charge. But max(3%, $10) will only apply to the later payment
by visa
The transaction will counted as regular purchase, not cash advance.
for this deal, the high credit line you have on visa card, the hotter it is
I know a lot of guys have multiple mastercards from citi which in general
produces high credit line beneficial in this case. I called citi and they can

It's interesting that I posted a comprehensive review of the deal at
moneybb.com. Because there is a little referral component in it, I posted it
to the referral board. But later the moderator moved it to the "banking deal"
forum where referral is strictly prohibited. Some people told me that it's too
good to be true.

The deal is over. I just called them and they have a new policy which put a
limit of $1000 for how much you can deposit into your account using visa card
in your application. No matter how many accounts you open, the combined
deposit can not exceed $1000 with visa card.
