今天收到封email
原来是上周把citi billpay manager的bank info改成ing direct以后
估计citi要验证信息
所以ing 给我发了封email

AccountTM to a source other than your linked personal checking account.
However, we were not able to process your request because it is not
one of our acceptable methods of
depositing or withdrawing funds.
然后我打电话问了，说只能和linked checking account之间转钱
那么有人成功用ing 付过信用卡bill吗？
