1) for ppl, your Schwab card is your only MBNA card,SOL, you can not pay other
CC with this Schwab card. billpay section is only for you to pay schwab card
with your checking or MM account.
2) for ppl, who had MBNA card before this Schwab, add it to your existing mbna
net access account, you might be able to use schwab cc to pay other bill.
