从这个版上认识了USAA，但是好像没有人谈起过其car rental
benificial。 就班门弄斧一下，回报几位老大，请大家指正。
USAA membership 在Avis, Buget and Hertz 有租车优惠。但是最
重要的是其提供的保险。Hertz对我来说太贵，没有仔细看，但是
条款应该和另外两家一样。(I might be wrong, check the term
before you want use it)

1. Primary liability coverage!
"Budget provides USAA Members primary liability coverage up
to $100,000 per person, to a maximum of $300,000 per accident,
plus $25,000 for property damages."
