BOA has officially stopped its global ATM alliance with China Construction
Bank since May 7. Under its renewed alliance, BOA nows works with Hongkong
Bank and Guangdong ? Bank. If you want to withdraw cash out of CCB's ATMs
using BOA's check card in China, a 1% fee will be charged by BOA.
FYI, I called the week before last to verify the ATM issue and then
deposited a big check to my BOA checking account.
