去了fiacard services，发觉redeem中mysmartcash已经自己链接上去了。
然后有个还cc钱的问题，是因该在fia 网站填入mysmartcash的账号信息还钱，还是去
fidelity网站 my smart cash里设置billpay ，填信用卡biller名字和账号还钱？
另外，如果是去mysmart cash设置 账号， biller的名字是应该填fidelity
investments, 还是应该填 fia card services呢？
