听说有1%的手续费。 那位有最近的消息？
Here is what I found from the BOA website:
"The International Transaction Fee will be 3% of the U.S. Dollar amount
for
each converted purchase or 1% of the U.S. Dollar amount for each
converted
ATM cash withdrawal."
Please be notice that the fee for "converted purchase" is 3% whereas
that
for "converted ATM cash withdrawal" is 1%.
