被chase freedom 收了10$ transaction fee, 请问这个不算purchase吗？可以argue回

你用这个还不一定能拿到checking开户的100bonus

why not?
There are only 2 options to fund the deposit.
One is from any checking account,( was told counted as wire transfer fee is
evern higher $15)
One is from any cc
How to make min deposit online to avoid any fee?
Check your cc detail activities carefully, maybe you didn't see it.
