Called citi three times today for my cc applications on AA visa and amex.
The first csr told me she couldn't find my applications based on the
information I gave to her, including my cell phone # and my SSN. I just hung
up and called back immediately.
the second csr told me she found my applications, however, the visa is still
in process and the amex is declined.
Called again minutes ago, the third csr told me both my applications are
still in process.
so weird, which one I should believe?
