请教下开卡资格，发现在offer detail里写到
To be eligible for this bonus offer, account must be open and not in default
at the time of fulfillment. This one-time bonus offer is valid only for
first-time cardmembers with new accounts. Previous and existing cardmembers/
accounts are not eligible for this bonus offer.
如果我是chase用户，而且有freedom的信用卡了，还可以开这个卡得到bonus offer吗
