wonderful.因为我好像只看到CABLE TV，但没看到CABLE INTERNET。
最可惜的是我用的NATIONAL GRID只能用CHECKING ACCOUNT付账单，好几百啊，真恶心！

national grid可以用信用卡付账单，不过要交手续费。

为啥要收cc payment
连verizon都要开始对one-time cc payment开征手续费了
可见这些公司对于小额的cc交易引入的手续费开始头疼了

但至少这表明了为啥电力公司都不喜欢cc-payment
电力公司反正大家都得用电交钱。。而且既然各家公司都不接受cc-payment 就不怕了

I asked Brinkman why that is, why utility companies haven't been as quick to
accept credit card payments. He says it's due to the interchange fee that
credit cards charge for processing payments. Retailers accept them as a cost
of doing business, says Brinkman. He's right, of course. If you're selling
something in a store, and you don't accept credit cards, you're going to
have 500 competitors that do accept them.
"But with utilities," Brinkman says, "they don't need to accept credit cards
for competitive reasons, and that's where we can step in. The extra fee is
worth it to the customer but not worth it to the utility."
You can agree or disagree with that, but not on his next point. Adds
Brinkman: "The utilities will get their money, or they'll turn your service
off."
