Just wanted to give this good news that 2nd yr fee is most probably waived
for those who got on Amex Gold 50K points, 2-yr fee waiver deal and some of
us actually end up getting 75000 and then 50000 offer. I called them
yesterday coz I wanted to cancel the card as I did not want to pay 2nd yr
annual fee. They confirmed me 2yr fee waiver offer is activated on my
account.
Now before people start givinng TD, where some of u may already aware of
this, but most of us did not get a positive response for 2nd yr fee from
Amex as they were so confused at that point as we were getting 75000 points
and that offer was supposed to give one year free.
