Minimum employee contribution is 3% of salary, employee contribution is not
mandatory.
Employer contributes 11% of salary. No employee contribution required.
这个401K是个什么概念？好还是坏？

问题是还没有给我Offer，而且只是一个1年的contractor职位。

这个倒是有的，HR的妹妹拿了两张打印纸给我解释了半天，就是不说薪水，我问起来才
说Offer还没完全决定，薪水要给Offer的时候再说。
因为是鸡肋职位，所以我也没怎么关心，回家之后就把那两张纸扔抽屉角落里了，刚才
看人问401k才想起拿出来看看，多了解一点。
