correct
but not everyone gets the verification requirement
they usually get an instant approval

so, applying for a business card, you will have the risk to be verified.
this is just a risk, may or may not happen, depending on RP.

even you don't get verification at applying, you might still have to prove
tax return later, the chance for business card get reviewed is much higher
than personal card.
