刚拿到freedom卡，是local branch preapproval申的，三个月花500返100。之前看到
300的offer电话还有效，就发chase的message要求match，言辞恳切，收到回复如下：
Thank you for contacting Chase.
The new sign up offer is matched, only if a card member
has received a higher offer as a sign up bonus within 90
days of opening the account.
The offer is sent by mail and has a unique id code. If you
are the recipient of the 30,000 points offer kindly revert
to us with the offer id. While we appreciate your loyalty
to Chase, I regret that, without the offer id we will not
be able to match the offer.
If you have any further questions, please reply using the
Secure Message Center.
