在洛杉矶哪有卖？或者网上的也行。不是找那种厚的可以炖菜的铸铁锅，是爆炒中国菜
的那种铁锅。

1.这种option不能随时行权的，要提前通知
2.送option不是送股票，option对应了一个strike price，以员工股权来看，一般是让
员工有权利以strike price购买这个股票，无论当时的股价是多少。打个比方，如果
option的strike price是30刀，数量是700share，就是你有权以30刀购买700share，如
果当时的股价是31刀，相当于你赚了(31-30)*700=700刀，如果股价低于30，这个
option就不值钱

什么时候定strike price？是每年都用重新定strike price吗？
strike price 是不是基本就是定的时候的市场价？

按照你的原文，是发给你option时候的common stock市价作为strike price
然后你就盼着公司蒸蒸日上吧～～
另外等到你行权时候，收入那部分还要征税的@

不这么算的建议你查查
same say sale／sale to cover的定义
