最近在国内用chase marriott卡。 chase confirmed that there was no foreign
transaction fee for marriott. Chase charge的exchange rate 是1USD=0.16x, 但是
chase让我查询的visa online information 显示当天的exchange rate是1USD=0.158.
很明显，chase收的费用与它所说的不符合。　同时，capital one显示的exchange
rate是跟visa online information相符的。不知道版上的朋友有没有类似的经历，
chase最终给出怎样的解释？

every bank has its own exchange rate, it does not matter what visa rate is
on that day, nothing you can do about it
