Boa travel reward, maybe it is the only no annul fee card with chip.

For BOA, chip is an option for any cc

说明你看到的卡太少了。N年前我的AE就是带芯片的

Some no annual fee cards had such function many years ago, I do not talk
about the history, I
only talk about the card we can apply right now.
I do not think BoA provides such service for all cards, you can not use this
service in 321 or others.

这里被盗刷后，信用卡公司负责得都不错
而且很多盗刷，也不是因为卡被复制，很多都是网上信息泄露造成的。
我个人觉得有没有内置芯片，关系不大

option to add chip on your card when apply.
