貌似你记错了吧 是cash advance

一般说成cash advance，就是套现。你可以从credit card里取现金，但因为这实际上
相当于向银行借钱，所以要付手续费。一般的purchase因为银行有从商家那里赚手续费
的利润，所以对持卡人就没有手续费，而且有免息还款日。

只听说过balance transfer有0% APR（个别的还有0 fee）的promotion，cash advance任
何时候都有手续费。

this reminds me of the good old days
BofA had this kind of great offers for cash advance from time to time
once called them to direct deposit $35,000 to my BofA checking account with
0% APR for one year and $30 cash advance fee
the year was 2009, and the card was NEA Visa
