近日收到几封站内咨询改地址，趁我现在还记得，写下个人经历，希望对各位有用。
Case Type: I-765 (c)(3)(B) for post-completion OPT
Notice Date : April 20, 2011
收到receipt，一惊，date of birth错了，这个EAD卡上是要印的。立马打电话去改，
号码就是那个USCIS NCSC 800-375-5283.
改过一周收到notice确认。
June 18搬家，June 20在网上改地址（理论上讲，外籍人员搬家10天内要通知USCIS）
，USPS和USCIS.
USPS不多罗嗦。For Non-U.S. Citizens, USCIS两步走：
Step 1: File a Form AR-11.
Step 2: If you have a pending case, you must also file a Change of Address
online or call our National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

还好都是online，个人感觉online提交后系统就即时更新了，June 24在新地址收到
change of address notice, 直接寄到新地址那种，不是USPS转的，dated as June 21.
June 29收到approval notice, June 30收到卡。
至少从我的个例，改地址过程跟老地址没扯上关系。貌似也没减慢审批速度。
