人家说的是取款LIMIT…
这个ACCOUNT不要求DD，不要求MINIMUM，反正你只有一块钱放在那也没事不收费。
无HARD PULL。
版上有这个帐户的，通常都是FIDELITY那张2% AMEX卡用户的副产品…

c1 额度低，要涨额度也难，cash back还少，日常生活不实用。你不会申一张卡就专为
了回国消费用吧，那几百刀的额度也很容易就刷爆了。

我主要想问借记卡取现的事情，所以说那个1%是没法免的是吧？
boa只能在国内建行，fidelity在大部分银行应该都可以，所以貌似还是fidelity更好啊
