以前能反复存取(cycle)，只计算入帐金额，但去年3月开始这个bug被修复，取出的部
分从总额扣掉，所以不能cycle。

personal experience is withdraw 75K mid Jan and register in mid March and
add 100K+, about 58, 59 days gap and still only got counted as $25K new
funds. The csr specifically said withdraw in past 90 days causes this, but
I wonder if I did have the withdraw 5 months ago, he could just easily say
because I had a withdrawal in past 6 months. So how long the gap is good
for another bonus?
