section "Money Messenger". You can also see your daily and monthly limits
there. Please remember to choose "Family and Friends".
You can send money to any Paypal account other than the one under the same
email address with your Discover account. As long as the email address is
different, you can send money even to "yourself".
It counts as regular purchase and you also earn cash back on it.
